David JohnWAKEFIELD'Dave' Jean wishes to thank her wonderful children and grand children for all their support and help, both practically and emotionally, over the weeks whilst Dave was in hospital. Grateful thanks also to Sue without whom Jean would not have been able to be with Dave so much. Thanks also to neighbours, friends and the 118th Scout Group for their unending support. A huge thanks to the nurses and ancillary staff of the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Derby who looked after Dave with such care and love. Thanks to Pastor John Tunnicliffe for the beautiful service and for his friendship. To Kate and the ladies at Co-operative Funeralcare in Sinfin, thank you for their professionalism, support and thoughtfulness. Finally a huge thanks to Katerina for looking after mum and to the ladies in the kitchen at home (they know whom they are) who supplied endless cups of tea and coffee. The family would like to express their gratitude for the generous donations (?500) to be divided between the ICU at Royal Derby and the 118th Scout Group (Littleover). Also thanks to family and friends for attending Dave's service.
